Formnext fills Halls 11 and 12 and the Portalhaus with around 800 exhibitors and 38,000 visitors, in the same week as Fi Europe and Euro Finance Week. At 18:00 everyone heads for the Portalhaus. Your chauffeur goes where you tell them.

A medtech team's morning flight into FRA was three hours late. The chauffeur tracked it, met them in arrivals with the V-Class and drove them straight to the Portalhaus. They made their 14:00 demo, and the suitcases went on to the hotel.
An automotive procurement team was invited to a service provider's application centre in the region on Thursday afternoon. Same V-Class, same chauffeur: out of the Portalhaus after lunch, back in the city centre in time for dinner.
