A sales team walked a visiting customer delegation through two halls in the morning and hosted them at their own Munich office after lunch. One V-Class, one chauffeur waiting at Eingang Ost, and the delegation never stood in a queue.
A delegation's connecting flight into MUC arrived three hours late, on the evening of a customer dinner. We tracked the flight, the car met them at arrivals with a name board, and the restaurant held the table.
Cars cancelled 24 hours or more before pick-up are free of charge. Less than 24 hours before pick-up the booked price is due, as set out in our Terms of Service.
